REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION INFORMATION

Online registrants will receive immediate email confirmation. If registering by form, confirmation will be emailed, faxed, or mailed within 72 hours of receipt of payment.

 

Registration forms with enclosed payments must be received by 11:59 pm Eastern on the following dates to be eligible for discount registration rates: December 15, 2011, for early registration rates, or March 9, 2012 for standard registration rates. Forms and/or payments received after March 9, 2012 will be subject to on-site registration rate. If registering after March 1, 2012, please bring completed form and payment to register on-site.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

All refund requests must be made in writing and mailed, faxed or emailed to AGC Convention and Meeting Services. Cancellations will not be accepted over the phone. Full refunds will be granted to requests received by midnight on January 13, 2012. A refund, less $100 for each registrant, will be granted to requests received by midnight from January 14, 2012 – February 11, 2012. No refunds will be granted after February 11, 2012.

 

 

SPOUSE / GUEST REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

  1. Spouse / guest registration is meant to accommodate legal spouse and immediate family members.
  2. Attendees from the same organization must register independently. No exception will be made.
  3. Spouse / guest designation will be clearly visible on name badge.
